Formed in 2006, AFC Brooklands is an FA Charter Standard Community Club covering Addlestone, Byfleet, Weybridge, Woking and surrounding areas.
We offer playing and training opportunities to Boys & Girls from five years of age. All our volunteers are DBS checked and our Coaches FA qualified and volunteer their time to provide a safe learning environment based around player development in line with the FA Four Corner Model.
Our philosophy is centred on player enjoyment and development before results and we aim to provide ‘football for all’. In line with this policy, we do not run trials for our youth teams and all players are welcome to play regardless of race, gender or ability.
As an FA Chartered Standard Community Club, we operate to the highest standards set by the FA for youth football clubs. We take this status very seriously and all players, managers, coaches and spectators are expected to adhere to our Codes of Conduct.
Currently we operate out of Fullbrook Sports Centre with all our teams using this facility for Training and Matches. At this venue we have use of the extensive grass area, the 3G pitch as well as the Sports Hall for Futsal.
The Club is represented by teams in local youth Leagues with matches usually taking place on Sunday mornings between September and May.
