Player Education...
AFC Brooklands is committed to providing it's young players with opportunities in all aspects of the game of football. From age fourteen players are encouraged to attend Junior Leader Courses, the first level of the coaching ladder, and offer a Mentoring Scheme to any young people who wish to follow the coaching route. Also, opportunities to become involved in Refereeing exist for any young person who wish to take that route.
